Here are our store policies. As always, questions may be directed to email@example.com and we will make every effort to answer them within one day.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. We make every attempt to ship within two days of your order, and we will notify you via email if any delays are anticipated. That means you can usually expect to receive your order fast. Shipping charges vary based on ship location and the weight of the items in your order, unless otherwise indicated in the item description and during checkout.
Pick-ups: We cannot facilitate merchandise pick-ups for orders placed on this web site, but we may at times have items available for sale at soccer-related events. We'll usually have some of the more popular products at Minnesota Thunder and Minnesota Lightning games, USA national team viewings at local pubs, or at any other soccer event where soccer fans like us might get together. If you are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and would like to pick something up, let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you let us know in advance, we can be sure to have what you want on hand.
Returns: Returns will be accepted on unused merchandise that is in brand new condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refund amount will be equal to purchase price minus shipping and handling fees and any incidental fees incurred. Please contact us before sending merchandise back so we can know to expect it. Failure to do so may result in delay or loss and we cannot be responsible for replacing lost merchandise. We'd like to ensure your satisfaction so if there is a problem please contact us at email@example.com first and we'll try to work everything out. Before you place your order, please direct any questions you may have to the address above so that we may avoid any confusion.
Exchanges: We would be happy to exchange your product for a similar item should you find a problem, such as sizing, with it. Once again, however, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering if you have any questions so that we may avoid any confusion. We are happy to answer your questions and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order from start to finish.
Cancelations: If you desire to cancel your order it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. If you are able to send us email before we ship your order, we can cancel it for a full refund including shipping and handling charges. If, however, your order has shipped, we will ask that you send it back unopened and at your cost. In that case a refund will be made for the cost of the item(s) but not for shipping and handling charges.
