Minnesota has had a slow start in the 2009 campaign with a record of 0-4-3. They recently broke a three game losing streak with a 0-0 draw with the Miami FC Blues. Terminesi will be helping the Thunder climb the USL First Division ranks as the season rolls on.
"Marco is going to add a lot to our attack on the left side, going to goal, and whipping in crosses," said Thunder head coach Donny Gramenz. "He also has a tremendous work ethic defensively and the desire to compete. I am looking forward to seeing Marco perform and adding to our depth."
Terminesi had a very successful season playing indoor soccer in 2008. He was able to rack up 52 points for the Wave. But playing in Milwaukee is not the only place that the Canadian native has performed well. While at the University of Louisville, he was 2008 Big East Scholar Athlete of the Year. He put in the game winning goals to beat South Florida and Ohio State. In his senior year, he led the Cardinals to the quarterfinals at the NCAA Tournament.
